Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. In the event that you find you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for a return authorization. You can then return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. After receiving an authorization code, simply place the product in its original packaging.

The item(s) must be in a new, unused and resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund or a credit will be issued. This refund will be for the purchase price minus any freight charges for delivery and return. (Note: Purchases that received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs subtracted.)

There will be a 15% restocking fee, but if you chose to exchange the merchandise for other product (s) that are equal to or greater than the piece of the returned item(s), the 15% restocking fee will be waived.

Customized or special orders cannot be returned.
