Return or Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. In the event that you find you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for a return authorization. You can then return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. After receiving an authorization code simply place the product in its original packaging. The item(s) must be in a new, unused and resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a refund or a credit will be issued.
This refund will be for the purchase price minus any freight charges for delivery and return. (Note: Purchases that received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs subtracted) There will be a 15% restocking fee, but if you chose to exchange the merchandise for other product (s) that are equal to or greater than the piece of the returned item(s) the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
Customized or special order cannot be returned.
Standard delivery in the continuous 48 states, most of our products ship within three days by UPS, unless they are custom. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-251-3025 for any inquiry - including information on shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii
