Plantation Collection
The big Antebellum home with tall Corinthian columns and coffered ceilings. Hanging floral baskets adorn the wraparound porches and balconies. Out front, the old oak trees have Spanish moss hanging from their branches. You can almost smell the azaleas blooming. The stately exterior was well-furnished with swings, rockers, benches, and chairs to catch an elusive cool breeze from a humid, southern day and steamy southern night.
The Hinkle Plantation collection is both charming and comfortable. Reminiscent of the furniture found on the large porches of Greek Revival Mansions and Victorian homes of the south in the early 1800’s. Back when Hinkle Chair Company was founded.
