While we at Hinkle Chair Company feel we know a lot about solid, hardwood furniture ( we been making it since 1834 ), e-commerce is still new to us. We will try to get your order out within 10 business days. However, some of our product is produced and finished to order. This means that sometimes the product you purchase might take a little longer to ship. If you have questions about when your products can be expected to arrive, please call (800) 251-3025. Someone can answer your questions between 8:30 and 4:00 Monday through Friday. Thanks for your understanding.

Hinkle Chair Company Return and Exchange Policy Since 1834 the Hinkle family has been making quality hardwood furniture. As was the case then, we continue to offer quality products and want you the customer to be completely satisfied. If you find that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for a return authorization. You can then return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Simply place the product in its original packaging. The item(s) must be in new, unused and resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a refund or credit will be issued. This refund will be for the purchase price minus any freight charges for delivery and return. (Note: Purchases that received “free shipping” will have the actual shipping costs subtracted.) There will be a 15% restocking fee. If you chose to exchange the merchandise for other product(s) that are equal to or greater than the price of the returned item(s) the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
