Warranty
This product is guaranteed for a period of six months on the finish and twelve months on parts and construction, assuming normal use. This warranty is from the date of purchase. Return or Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. In the event that you find you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for a return authorization. You can then return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. After receiving an authorization code simply place the product in its original packaging. The item(s) must be in a new, unused and resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a refund or a credit will be issued. This refund will be for the purchase price minus any freight charges for delivery and return. (Note: Purchases that received free shipping will have the actual shipping costs subtracted) There will be a 15% restocking fee, but if you chose to exchange the merchandise for other product (s) that are equal to or greater than the piece of the returned item(s) the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
Customized or special order cannot be returned.
Delivery Information
For standard delivery in the continuous 48 states, Fed Ex will deliver your order within 10- 14 business days. However, some of our product is produced and finished to order and may require a little more time.
